What we collect

• Account details: first name, last name, DOB, email, sex, country.
• Health-related data you log: weight, food, workouts, points scores. Under UK GDPR / EU GDPR (DSGVO) this is special-category data.
• Technical: an essential session cookie (sf.sid) and a CSRF token.
• Optional: marketing-email consent (only if ticked).

Why

To run the app's core functions, keep your account secure, and — only with consent — send product updates.

Third parties

We don't sell data. We share the minimum needed with our hosting provider, Resend (transactional email), OpenFoodFacts & USDA (food queries), and — when you trigger AI features — Google Gemini.

Your rights

Access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Preferences.
